ECA allowed me to advance professionally by being equipped with tools and practices to implement in all my coaching workshops and programs. I also feel a lot more clear and confident in my authenticity and skills as a coach and space holder. I genuinely know and embody that I am a coach. This is what I'm meant to be doing with my life. I had so many limitations and beliefs to work through that I didn't even know they were there until I started going through the inner work part of this program. I'm able to speak with confidence and authority that I genuinely feel coming from my core. It's hard to explain, but I know you know what I mean! I communicate with friends and family more effectively, have a better understanding of why people act the way they do, and am able to feel and release emotions rather than push them down. I feel like I could list changes I've noticed in my life forever but these are a few of the main things!
